Our pharmacy is staffed with our own dedicated billing department.
Our staff are available during normal business hours to answer your questions regarding billing, insurance, or payment options. Our billing department is located within the pharmacy and has direct contact with all members of the pharmacy.
Pharmacy billing staff are knowledgeable and have extensive experience with insurance eligibility, status and benefits including state waiver and Medicaid programs and can educate and provide resources to residents and responsible parties.
You may also pay your bill via our website utilizing the invoice number located on your bill or you can call our billing department during normal business hours.
